Celebrate Christmas in Bethlehem

Check-in at Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Enjoy your flight with on board amenities and entertainment. Arrival at Queen Alia Airport. Meet and greet then proceed to your air- conditioned bus. Transfer to your hotel in Amman for check-in, dinner and overnight.

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Madaba, the city of Mosaic. Visit St. George’s Greek Orthodox Church and see 6th century mosaic map of the Holy Land. Continue to visit Mount Nebo, where Moses was granted a view of the Promised Land before he died. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight.

Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to a full day tour to the “Red Rose City” of Petra. Experience horseback riding through the tombs, temples until you reach a picturesque The Siq, the rock passage to see the magnificent facade of The Treasury. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight.

Breakfast then check-out the hotel. Cross Israel borders and drive to Jericho. Start the tour viewing the Mount of Temptation, where Jesus is tempted by the devil; then see Zacchaeus’ Sycamore Tree. Continue to Qumran to visit Qumran National Park, being the site where the oldest Biblical manuscripts, known as the Dead Sea Scrolls. Lastly, spend some time to experience floating and have a mud spa at the lowest point on Earth, Dead Sea. Transfer to Tiberias hotel for check-in, dinner and overnight.

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Cana to visit the Wedding Church of Cana. It is where the first miracle, the transformation of water into wine. Here, couples will have an opportunity to renew their marriage vows. Drive to Nazareth, the place where Jesus spent His childhood. Visit the Church of the Annunciation and Mary’s well. Drive to Mt. Tabor and ascend by taxi to the Church of Transfiguration. Descend and proceed to Yardenit, the baptismal site on the Jordan River for renewal of baptism. Late in the afternoon, take a boat ride at the Sea of Galilee where Jesus performed some of His miracles. While sailing, have an opportunity to reflect on the messages of our Lord as we savor the beauty of nature. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight.

Breakfast then check-out the hotel. Drive to Mount of Beatitudes, the traditional site where Jesus uttered the immortal words. Visit the Beatitude Monastery for private reading of the Sermon on the Mount. Continue to Tabgha, to visit the Church of the Multiplication, where Jesus performed the miracle of the multiplication of loaves and fishes; Church of the Primacy of Saint Peter, it commemorates, and allegedly marks the spot, of Jesus' reinstatement of Peter as chief among the Apostles and see the Mensa Christ (table of Christ). Drive to Capernaum, to visit The House and Church of St. Peter. See the archaeological excavations of the Synagogue and community. Drive to Bethlehem for hotel check-in, dinner and overnight.

Breakfast at the hotel. Then drive to Ein Karem and visit the Church of Visitation, where Mary visits her cousin Elizabeth who has been six months pregnant; Church of Saint John the Baptist. Then drive back to Bethlehem and we will proceed to Shepherds Field, you will see a cave where shepherds “kept watch over their flock” abound in the area east of Bethlehem. Here, the Gospel of Luke tells us, an angel announced the birth of Jesus. Visit the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem, a major Christian holy site, as it marks the traditional place of Christ's birth. Here you will find the Grotto of Nativity, Altar of Christ's Birth and Manger's Square. In the evening we will attend mass at the Church of the Nativity via wide screen then afterwards walk- through Manger Square enjoying the festive Christmas decorations Illuminating the city’s main square and the Church of Nativity by night. Return to your hotel for overnight.

Breakfast at the hotel. Explore the Old City of Jerusalem surrounded by ancient walls. Starting on the Lion’s Gate, visit St. Anne’s Church, home of Jesus’ maternal grandparents, Anne and Joachim, and the birthplace of the Virgin Mary; Pool of Bethesda, identified as the scene of one of Jesus’ miracles, the healing of the paralyzed man. Start to commemorate events while Jesus carries the cross while following the Station of the Cross at Via Dolorosa Street. The end of the route is the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, where the final stations of the crucifixion, burial and resurrection of Jesus. In the afternoon, visit the Mount of Olives, for a panoramic view of the city. Visit Ascension Chapel, where Jesus ascended to heaven; then visit Paster Noster Church, where Jesus taught His disciples how to pray “Our Father”. Start walking down the hill at Palm Sunday route then visit Dominus Flevit Church; Maria Magdalena Church; Church of All Nations at the Garden of Gethsemane, for an intercessory prayer. Drive to Mount Zion to visit the Last Supper’s Room and the Tomb of King David. Also, the Dormition Abbey, the site where the Virgin Mary’s death; then drive to Church of Saint Peter in. Galicantu, where St. Peter denied Jesus for 3 times. Return to hotel for dinner. After dinner we will have our Christmas Celebration where we can have our exchange gift and sharing of our experiences in holy land.

Breakfast then check-out the hotel. Drive to Taba Border to cross to Egypt. Meet and greet then proceed to coach. Transfer to hotel for check-in, dinner and overnight.

Early in the morning, climb at the Mount Sinai (optional), where Moses received the Ten Commandments from God. Return to the hotel for breakfast then check-out the hotel. Visit St. Catherine’s Monastery. Transfer to Cairo hotel for check-in, dinner and overnight.

Breakfast at the hotel. Start the full day tour at Cairo, see The Great Pyramids, it shows us the power and wealth of pharaoh in the Old Kingdom and Sphinx of Giza. Visit Old Cairo including Church of Abu Serga, where the Holy Family hides and took shelter; Church of the Virgin Mary or known as The Hanging Church. Proceed to Nile Dinner Cruise, enjoy relaxing night out while as cruise down the Nile River and watching a Belly Dancing Show. Return to hotel overnight.

Breakfast then check-out the hotel. Visit Egyptian Museum, where you will find artifacts, relics, statues, and jewelry from all of the Pharaohs. Departure transfer to airport for flight back home.
