For international flights, Filipino minors travelling to a foreign country, there are rules governing minor travel as issued by the Department of Social Welfare and Development. For Cebu Pacific, children aged 7 to below 12 years old will be accepted only after the Unaccompanied Minors Form is accomplished and submitted and the prescribed Unaccompanied Minor Handling Fee is paid. For Philippine Airlines, details about the minor’s meeting party at destination and other pertinent information must be arranged by the parent or guardian with PAL Reservations office or ticket office at the time of booking.
