China Visa Requirements are always asked whenever there is a need to apply for individual visa. Below are requirements for proper guidance.

APPLICANT PAY FOR HIS TRAVEL

  1. Application Form (write the Chinese name if applicable)
  2. 1pc. 2” x 2” or passport size photo with white background
  3. Original Passport valid for 6 months and with blank pages
  4. Applicant’s latest Income Tax Return (ITR) with BIR received stamp – recent taxable year
  5. Individual personal savings Bank Certificate with Official Receipt (OR) or Debit Memo from Bank or Certificate of Waived Fee

a. Bank Certificate should indicate the following information:

  •   Account opening date
  •   Type of account (SAVINGS or CURRENT)  CURRENT ACCOUNT: Original copy of Statement of Accounts – transaction for 6 months  SAVINGS ACCOUNT: Original UPDATED PASSBOOK
  •   Average Daily Balance (ADB)  To date or current balance  With check write
  •   The types of Bank Certificate acceptable are savings or current savings from commercial bank only.
  •   Individual Bank Certificate should be open at least 6 months prior to applying for visa.
  •   Individual Bank Account should have an AVERAGE DAILY BALANCE AND TO DATE CURRENT BALANCE not below PHP 100,000 per applicant.
    *TAKE NOTE that the PASSBOOK BALANCE should match the BANK CERTIFICATE CURRENT BALANCE. **If there is AND/OR in ACCOUNT NAME in passbook, please provide proof of relationship such as NSO BIRTH CERTIFICATE and/or NSO MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE.
  1. If the applicant is a BUSINESSMAN, photocopy of Business Registration from SEC or DTI and Business Permit or Mayor’s permit and Business Income Tax Return (ITR).
  2. Roundtrip ticket or airline itinerary
  3. Hotel voucher

APPLICANT WILL BE SPONSORED BY HIS EMPLOYER (only applicant’s current & direct employer)

  1. Application Form (write the Chinese name if applicable)
  2. Original Passport valid for 6 months and with blank pages
  3. APPLICANT’S latest Income Tax Return (ITR) with BIR received stamp – recent taxable year
  4. EMPLOYER’S Bank Certificate with Official Receipt (OR) or Debit Memo from Bank or Certificate of Waived Fee

  2. Applicant’s ORIGINAL EMPLYOMENT CERTIFICATE
  3. Roundtrip ticket or airline itinerary
  4. Hotel voucher

    *TAKE NOTE that the PASSBOOK BALANCE should match the BANK CERTIFICATE CURRENT BALANCE. **If there is AND/OR in ACCOUNT NAME in passbook, please provide proof of relationship such as NSO BIRTH CERTIFICATE and/or NSO MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE.
  1. Roundtrip ticket or airline itinerary
  2. Hotel voucher
  3. Student ID (if the applicant is student)
  4. Notarized affidavit of support from the PARENTS/ SPOUSE/ CHILDREN SPONSOR
  5. Original NSO Birth Certificate linking the applicant to the sponsor
  6. Original Marriage Certificate linking the applicant to the sponsor
